Blueberry is one of a fruit in the family of berry that should be consumed by everybody. Beside the test is sweet and delicious, it evidently contains many kinds of minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates dan fats that are useful for our health.

Vitamins in blueberries are much enough. They are vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin K. Besides, blueberry also contains anthocyanidin that is called as antioxidant blueberries.

Firstly, blueberry is useful for our eyes health. Blueberry is a right medicine to prevent and heal diseases or infections of eyes, especially relating to the function of retina.

It will help in controlling our vision to be always sharp. The eyes problems will be handled by consuming blueberry regularly because blueberry consists of vitamin A that is needed by your eyes.

One of vitamins in blueberries is vitamin B complex. This vitamin has function as cofactor that help the body in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Besides, there is blueberries antioxidants that have function to increase immune of body and prevent premature aging. The content of vitamin C in blueberry is much enough. That is about 19%.

The content of  anthocyanidin and vitamin C will make us healthier and not easy to be attacked disease because those contents will block free radicals which enter to our body every day. In addition, content of vitamin E will make the skin healthier.

By content of anthocyanidin, vitamin C dan vitamin E make us healthier and younger.

Furthermore, blueberries are useful in resolving stress in brain and prevent inflammation that can cause a disease related to age factor and brain function disorder, such as alzheimer or dementia.

Then, consuming blueberries also will increase the ability of brain in studying the lesson for children.

Besides anthocyanidin, there are other blueberries antioxidants, such as resveratrol, flavonols , phytonutrients and tannins that help to prevent the growth of cancer cells, especially bowel and cervical cancer.

The other function of blueberry for our health is to make our bone stronger and avoid the risk of osteoporosis. This occurs because blueberry consist of vitamin K.

Those are some vitamins in blueberries that benefit for our health. By consuming it regularly, it will prevent to be attacked by diseases especially because the content of blueberries antioxidants that  always help to build immune of body and dispel free radical from our body.
